This fabric appears closest to the first two photos and is not as cloudy looking as the third photo shows. It has both light indigo highlights and dark shadows throughout the fabric. The blue definitely leans towards the purple side. I would consider it a blue-indigo color. The third photo shows a touch of teal blue in it, but I don’t see any teal/turquoise in this fabric at all. However, there are small touched of a medium gray in it here and there.

The actual fabric is a deep indigo-purple color that has a little less blue in it than what the first photo shows. It has a stronger color saturation in person than what shows on my screen and appears more purple than blue. It’s not as blue as either of the photos shows – it’s more purple.

This fabric is slightly lighter in color shade in person than it shows on my screen. It also has little white areas that are made into the fabric (this is not a defect). It makes the fabric look like mountains in the background where the darkest areas are with highlights of white snow peaks. These small whites areas are a part of the fabric design.

There are variations in the batik colors because they are hand dyed. I have matched the colors as closely as possible to m computer screen, but they may vary slightly from what you see on your screen. If you’re unsure about the true color, please contact me directly. The actual fabric looks close to the color of the manufacturers thumbnail image on my screen but a little light bright. 👍 It is a cold colored purple with a strong blue undertone. It’s slightly more purple than what the second photo shows.

The current dye lot of this fabric looks closest to the first two photos and is not as saturated or as teal as the last three photos show. It has a somewhat dusty and muted tone to it. Photos 3-4 are the previous bolt of fabric that I no longer have. The current background has a mix of black and a dusty teal color that’s a little more green than it is blue. The dots have gray highlights in them.
