This fabric is unusual and lovely in that it has a turquoise blue with a gray-blue in soft medium toned colors. It’s not as bright as the third photos shows. Some areas are more turquoise, some are more gray and some are light. The overall tone of this fabric is medium but can be darker throughout some areas of the bolt meaning there are light and dark variations (darker than what shows in the first two photos) in this fabric.

The actual fabric appears closest to the first two photos and is not as dark as the third photo shows. This fabric is a very dark blue that is close to black. I would consider it a black watercolor with a hint of blue undertone. It does not appear to have any purple cast in it.

The actual fabric appears closest to the first two and last photos and is not as solidly blue as the third photo shows. The fabric has a lot of gray mixed into it that is sometimes very dark in areas. The overall appearance is dusty and slightly muted and the blue color has a slight indigo undertone in it. The second photo of the 1/2 WOF appears to have a lot of gray in it. However, there are many areas where there is more blue in this fabric and less gray – it depends on the area that is current on the bolt of fabric.

This fabric is slightly lighter in color shade in person than it shows on my screen. It also has little white areas that are made into the fabric (this is not a defect). It makes the fabric look like mountains in the background where the darkest areas are with highlights of white snow peaks. These small whites areas are a part of the fabric design.

The actual fabric looks closest to the first two photos and is not quite as indigo as the third photo shows. This fabric is a dark navy blue color that’s cold and it does not appear to have any purple undertone in it. It’s a pretty true blue color.

The latest bolt of this fabric looks closest to the first two and fifth photos although all five are close depending on the lighting. Depending on the lighting, the actual fabric may look more like one photo over the other. The color is more blue than it is gray but there are distinct areas of medium gray mixed in with the blue color.
