This fabric is bright and bold and is a fairly true turquoise blue. It’s medium to medium-dark (saturated) and is very similar, although slightly darker, than Hoffman 885-490 Cabana Bali Dots.

The current bolt of fabric looks like the first two photos that contains more green. The third and fourth photos are the previous dye lot which had more blue in it. This fabric is not as dark or as green as the last (manufacturers) photo shows. The tint of this fabric has strong color in it but it is not florescent or really bright as it may appear on some screens. This fabric has a bright medium-light minty-peridot turquoise-green color mixed with a light teal blue color. The green covers about 75% of the fabric while the turquoise blue covers about 25%. This is a light version of IB’s Parakeet fabric.

This fabric is almost an identical match to IB’s Bermuda Basic watercolor except one shade lighter. It has both a teal green and teal blue swirling mix of color and is strong and somewhat bright.

There are variations in the batik colors because they are hand dyed. I have matched the colors as closely as possible to m computer screen, but they may vary slightly from what you see on your screen. If you’re unsure about the true color, please contact me directly. This fabric is light in most areas and has a color of blue that is close to a true blue. Where there are areas in the fabric that are more blue, there are very slight light hints of purple mixed in with the blue that can’t really be seen in the photo.
