The actual fabric is lighter and less turquoise. The blue is muted with light sky blue areas but has no white in the stripes. The blue leans towards a true color of blue without green added for turquoise. There are very few light hints of an aqua color in the stripes. The stripes run the length of the fabric and run parallel to the selvage edge.

The first photo is the manufacturers thumbnail image and the last two photos are ones that I took of the entire Hoffman 851 Ombre collection. The group photos are taken twice: First with the darker sides showing and second with the lighter sides showing.
This fabric is featured 9th from the left and the right (center color) in the last two photos. It is not as bright or as turquoise colors as the first photo shows.

The actual fabric is closest to the first two photos and is not as bright or as turquoise as the last photo shows. This blue is somewhat soft in tone with stronger shades in some areas. The blue leans very slightly to the purple side – I do not detect green in the blue color.
