In person, this fabric appears pretty close in color to the first photo. See second photo, 2th from left for a good color portrayal of this fabric. The background is such a dark navy blue that it appears black in some areas. The wheat is colors in a strong dark indigo blue and purple.

In person, this fabric appears less turquoise and more of a dry sky blue than the first photo shows. See second photo, 6th from left for a good color portrayal of this fabric. The background is light blue with hints of turquoise in it and the poppy flowers are a light and medium indigo blue.

The actual fabric appears lighter and icier than the first photo shows. See second photo, 8th from right for the best color portrayal of this fabric. But it also has a little more purple color in it than the second photo shows. The colors in the second photo make the light warm and cold purples appear a little washed out.

This fabric is a very light blue color that has a very light turquoise undertone in it. It doe not have a purple undertone. It’s one of the closest blues that I have to white. A comparison photo of this fabric with Hoffman solid white is shown in the third photo.

*UPDATE: 04/26/24: The current bolt of this fabric looks closest to the first two photos and is not as dark or as saturated as the last two photos show. It has icy glacier looking colors including minty turquoise green, turquoise blue, cobalt blue, indigo, medium mauve pink and hints of warm plum purple. It’s is a medium jewel toned fabric. The fabric is mottled, or watery looking, with the most current bolt containing less pink than previous dye lots.
