1895-149 Sun Watercolor is a lighter and less contrasting version of Curry.
The actual fabric appears closest to the first two photos and is not as saturated orange as the last photo shows. This fabrics looks like curry, the spice. It has light and dark areas with a heavy swirl of light dry desert brown in the gold. The highlights in this fabric are not as bright as the photo shows and the overall appearance is somewhat dry.

UPDATE 09/13/23: The current dye lot of this fabric is featured in the first two photos. The third photo compares this to the previous dye lot, which was darker. The current dye lot is a curry orange/copper color with mustard dots (photos 1 & 2). Photos 4 & 5 are previous dye lots and photo 6 is the manufacturers thumbnail image.

***PLEASE READ: 12/13/22 UPDATE: The most recent bolt of this fabric is darker than the previous bolts of this same fabric that I’ve had in the past. The previous bolts are featured in photos 3 & 4. The newest bolt of fabric is featured in photos 1 & 2. The actual fabric is closest to the first two photos but also contains the multicolored dots that are seen in the last photo. The current fabric color is not as light or as warm/yellow as the 3rd and 4th photos (previous fabric bolts).

This fabric has a warm golden orange-brown background with light corn ears and oak leaves on top. It’s warmer, more saturated, and a prettier golden color than the first photo shows. See second photo for a better color.Quantity “1” is for the 32″ remnant piece.

The actual fabric appears closest to the first two photos and is not quite as bright as the last photo shows. The watercolor in the this latest dye lot is strong and sometimes overpowers the dots. There are small hints of a pink-purple=mauve color in the watercolor sometimes. The fabric appears a little bit dry in appearance.
