The fabric has very dark brown areas that almost appear completely dark brown to the point of not seeing the weave design. This brown is on the warm side and very dark, but not black in any of the areas.

In person this fabric is a medium warm (acorn) brown color. It does not have the slight purple undertone that the manufacturers image has (third photo). It has a “desert” feel to the reddish brown color.
