Hoffman California – 1895-398 Refried Beans – Watercolor Batik Fabric – 31″ Remnant

This fabric is not quite as saturated in person than what appears on my screen but otherwise look pretty close to the true color. It’s a deep, rich peppery orange color that has small hints of brown and red-orange colorations in it. It’s mostly a bean color and is a little bit darker and more saturated than Cayenne.
Quantity “1” is for the 31″ remnant piece.

This fabric is not quite as saturated in person than what appears on my screen but otherwise look pretty close to the true color. The actual fabric appear lighter in color than it does on my screen. It’s a little bit more dusty in appearance too, but the rusty orange color is still rich. This fabric is a slightly lighter version of Hoffman Refried Beans and does not have the small colors of brown and red-orange in it that Refried Beans has. It’s all one color of orange.

This fabric is very saturated with distinct red and fuchsia colors in it. There is less melding and more distinction when seeing this fabric in person. The red is a rosy orange-red and the fuchsia is closer to purple than it is pink. A very pretty punch color.

This fabric is a deep magenta tonal color that has both dark and medium areas of magenta pink. There are areas of an orange-red mixed in with the background magenta color. The poppies on top are in a lovely medium pink color.

The first and third photos are the manufacturers thumbnail images. The second photo is one that I took and is the best representation of the actual colors in this collection. This collection is warmly colored like it shows in the second photo.
The background color in this fabric is slightly lighter and is more green than the first photo shows. It has both medium and dark shades of Pineneedle green in it. The second photo is has the most accurate color of this gorgeous fabric. The butterflies are in rusty/copper oranges, deep golds and burnt browns.
