    12.25 in stock

The actual fabric appears closest to the first two photos and does not have quite as much darkness in the orange-brown color that the last photos shows. It is a turquoise blue with bright neon green spots and strong pink, purple, fuchsia spots. It’s a very interesting fabric.

  • Island Batik – IB Marbles – Marvelous Multis – Foundations Basics Watercolor

    11.75 in stock

This fabric appears closest to the first two photos and is not quite as saturated as the third photo shows. It appears a lighter than the third photo. Most importantly, the indigo blue color in this fabric has a lot of purple in it and covers about 60% of the total fabric in most areas. There is less of the lime green and turquoise blue colors but both are also strong in the fabric. The third photo doesn’t show the darkest blue with as much purple in it like the first two photos do – this fabric definitely has the purple-blue color like the first two photos.

Island Batik *Foundations Basics* Fabric Collection – Peacock

The first two photos are ones that I took and the third photo is the manufacturers thumbnail image. This is a reference to show the variations in the batik colors. The second photo is the view looking at the fabric as wrapped on the bolt and not WOF. The fourth photo is of the entire Lavender Fields collection. If you’re unsure about the true color, please contact me directly. I’m happy to help.

The actual fabric appears closest to the first two photos and is not as dark or as indigo as the third photo. The main color is a medium sky/chambray blue with colorations of both warm and cold purples, warm and cold greens (both light and medium) and hints of fuchsia pink. • Island Batik – IB Egg White – Foundations Neutrals

    26.5 in stock

PLEASE READ (Updated 01/23/23): The last four photos are ones that I took and the first is the manufacturers thumbnail image. The second photo is the view looking at the fabric as wrapped on the bolt and not WOF. There are variations in the batik colors because they are hand dyed. I have matched the colors as closely as possible to my computer screen, but they may vary slightly from what you see on your screen. If you’re unsure about the true color, please contact me directly. I’m happy to help.

***The latest bolt of this fabric has an overall aqua-green-yellow undertone to it and less orange than previous bolts. The fourth photo compares different dye lots of the Egg White fabric. The current bolt is featured on the left in the fourth photo with previous dye lots in the middle and on the right side. The fifth photo is the current bolt of Egg White compared to a solid white batik so you can see the color in the background easier.

Original Description: Egg White has a yellowish-greenish white background with dots containing hints of very light turquoises, greens, yellows, oranges and then a random mix of the similar color shades in smaller portions for the dots. Although the background is mostly white, the coloration of the dots give the fabric a cool green tone. Great mixer or background fabric for a cool colored quilt.
