UPDATE 2/20/24: The current dye lot of this fabric appears closest to the first two photos: darker than the previous bolt (photos 3, 4) and is not as cold blue-gray as the last photo shows (manufacturer’s thumbnail image). It is a medium warm gray color with areas of a peachy-tan color that is mixed into the fabric. It is similar but lighter than Hoffman 1895-270 Hippo. The fifth photo shows the same exact 1895-28 Silver fabric from a different dye lot with a cold undertone on the right.

***The blue in this fabric appears like a dusty black or dark gray color. It does not have a rich blue color to it, but is more of a dark dusty navy color. The purple in this fabric is very warm, almost a dark dusty mauve color that almost comes across as a pink rather than a purple.

This fabric is similar to the Smoke Bali Dots but is slightly more blue in the color undertone than the Smoke Bali Dots.
The fabric is definitely a medium to dark gray with very light hints of blue undertone and even less of a gray-purple undertone in places. It is not at all blue-gray like the third photo shows.
