In person this fabric appears very close to the first two photos and is not as dark and the glowing light is not nearly as saturated as it shows in the third photo. This fabric is mostly a soft, light gray with small hints of a warm color of light peach that is very light – it does not show much within this fabric.
This is a lighter version of Hoffman 1895-270 Hippo.

The first two photos are ones that I took and the third photo is the manufacturers thumbnail image. The second photo is the view looking at the fabric as wrapped on the bolt and not WOF. There are variations in the batik colors because they are hand dyed. I have matched the colors as closely as possible to m computer screen, but they may vary slightly from what you see on your screen. If you’re unsure about the true color, please contact me directly. I’m happy to help.
This fabric looks closest to the first two photos and is not as dark as the third photo. This gray color has light gray highlights in it and in some areas, looks even lighter than what it appears on my screen. The tone of gray is close to a true light-medium gray with very light gray highlights in the watercolor.

UPDATE: The current fabric looks closest to the first two photos. The fabric has a warm soft-white background with a warm gray and a neutral gray watercolor that has very small hints of beige in it with a touch of red undertone.

The actual fabric looks closest to the first four photos although not as dusty/dark as the last photo. I have taken a phot of each side of the bolt of fabric to show how the stripes are laid out. Across the width of the fabric there are three black stripes and three gray stripes. This fabric has a blue tinge with a few yellow areas in it. It’s not as soft/dusty looking as the manufacturers (last) photo. This fabric often has hints of yellow in it where the dark gray meets the light gray.
