The actual fabric looks closest to the first two photos and is not quite as brown-toned as the third photo shows. This fabric has a bright and warm yellow green color which is close to the manufacturer’s photo (third). This dye lot is more yellow than the previous dye lot which can be viewed HERE.

Island Batik *Glorious Greens* Foundations Basics Fabric Collection – Chartreuse Watercolor

The first, second and fourth photos are ones that I took and the third photo is the manufacturers thumbnail image. The last photo features the entire Glorious Greens fabric collection. The second photo is the view looking at the fabric as wrapped on the bolt and not WOF. There are variations in the batik colors because they are hand dyed. I have matched the colors as closely as possible to my computer screen, but they may vary slightly from what you see on your screen. If you’re unsure about the true color, please contact me directly. I’m happy to help.

Price is per 1 yd quantity. Fabric sold will be a single continuous cut off the bolt. This fabric is 100% cotton. 42″ – 44″ WOF.

    The actual fabric appears closest to the first two photos and is not as teal green or as muddy as the last photo shows. There are areas of lime green, cold and warm purple and medium and dark turquoise blue with gray color where the areas meld together. The Aboriginal snake design on top is in the same/lighter color scheme.

    NOTE: This fabric has white streaks throughout it about every 1/2-yard. Some of it lightens when water is used to remove these areas, but it doesn’t disappear entirely. This may be a detergent that was used during the batik making process. Please be away that this is will likely be present on fabric that is purchased. See lighter/white streak that runs through the middle of the first two photos.

    The actual fabric looks closest to the first two photos and is not as bright or saturated as the third photo. This fabric is a deep medium fuchsia color that is on the warm magenta side of purple. It seems too purple to be considered a dark pink but it is in between and has a very warm undertone.

    NOTE: The actual fabric looks closest to the first two (sometimes four) photos and is not as bright as the fifth photo. The fabric background is mostly a pastel pink, yellow, and blue coloration, but sometimes has the rest of the rainbow colors too. The swirling dots on top are in all 6 of the main rainbow colors in a soft, pastel tone. I go through a lot of this fabric and the colorations of it will change between bolts as well as from yard to yard. These are hand dyed and with so many colors throughout, it can often vary widely. This fabric will also often have soft gray tones where the colors meld together.

The fabric background is mostly a pastel pink, yellow, and blue coloration with hints of purple, but sometimes has the rest of the rainbow colors too. The tropical fish on top are in all 6 of the main rainbow colors in a slightly brighter pastel tone.

    The actual fabric looks lighter, happier and a little bit more turquoise than all three of the photos. It was very difficult to get a decent blue color in the photo of this fabric because the color is very strong. This turquoise blue is a pretty clean colored blue.
