The first photo is the manufacturers thumbnail image and the second photo is one that I took of the Rainfall Ombre Collection. There are variations in the batik colors because they are hand dyed. I have matched the colors as closely as possible to my computer screen, but they may vary slightly from what you see on your screen. If you’re unsure about the true color, please contact me directly. I’m happy to help.
**In person this fabric has a darker and more medium toned pool-blue color rather than the turquoise blue the first photo shows. It’s more a an all-blue color without the green undertone too.

The first two photos are the latest fabric bolt of this Ombre that I have. The fabric is warmer toned than previous bolts I’ve had and is about 50/50 golden/earth brown and forest green. This fabric is rich and has strong color in it.

*** The first two photos have been updated to reflect the most recent bolt of fabric that is now being cut. It’s more mottled and with smoother lines. There is no blue in this fabric and I would consider it a warm colored purple. The newest bolts of this fabric are slightly lighter than the first two photos. The previous bolts of this fabric are not pictured as the fourth and fifth photos.

The actual fabric looks closest to the first two photos and is not as dark or orange as the third photo. The colors in the stripes vary from medium to saturated in color. This fabric contains hot pink (magenta), pumpkin orange, dark orange and deep butter (gold) yellow. There are colors in between to connect all of these stripes that blend beautifully like a sunset.

I would consider it to be on the cool side a little more than the warm side.

The actual fabric looks like the first two photos and is not as dark or as saturated in color as the third photo shows. The fabric is light and almost pastel. The background contains denim turquoise blue, cold purples, warm purples, muted mauve pinks and light dark-dusty blue colors. The dots on top have a mix of mint green/blue, chartreuse green/yellow, turquoise, off white and sometimes a tan/yellow color.
