Description
This painting is once again derived from Diane’s trips on the back roads of the Amish community. The peaceful scene is late August. The apples are ready for sale with the beautiful quilts. There is always a scattering of farms with the little roadside stands of produce for sale. The Amish are there to sell from their farms personally to you. You can buy their wonderful homemade jams, jellies, and her favorite baked goody, shoo-fly-pie.
