The first two photos are ones that I took and the third photo is the manufacturers thumbnail image. This is a reference to show the variations in the batik colors. The actual fabric looks closest to the first two photos and is not as brown or dark green as the third photo. This fabric is a beautiful yellow green with blue-gray fish/seahorse/bubbles. It’s a natural looking color that’s uniquely bright and happy.
NOTE: The actual fabric looks closest to the first two (sometimes four) photos and is not as bright as the fifth photo. The fabric background is mostly a pastel pink, yellow, and blue coloration, but sometimes has the rest of the rainbow colors too. The swirling dots on top are in all 6 of the main rainbow colors in a soft, pastel tone. I go through a lot of this fabric and the colorations of it will change between bolts as well as from yard to yard. These are hand dyed and with so many colors throughout, it can often vary widely. This fabric will also often have soft gray tones where the colors meld together.
The actual fabric appears closest to the first two photos and is not as dark as the third photo shows. All of the browns in the Batik Textile’s Desert Blooms collection are this color of brown.
