***In person this fabric is a medium denim blue color with a purple-indigo undertone like the first three photos show. It is not nearly as dark as the last (manufacturers) photo. It has small areas in it where you can see more purple than blue and larger areas that have a dark denim blue color. The dots on top are a periwinkle color that mimics the background purple-blue color.

Description

The first three photos are ones that I took and the fourth photo is the manufacturers thumbnail image. The second photo is the view looking at the fabric as wrapped on the bolt and not WOF. There are variations in the batik colors because they are hand dyed. I have matched the colors as closely as possible to my computer screen, but they may vary slightly from what you see on your screen. If you’re unsure about the true color, please contact me directly. I’m happy to help.

Price is per 1 yd quantity. Fabric sold will be a single continuous cut off the bolt. This fabric is 100% cotton. 42″ – 44″ WOF.

    The actual fabric looks closest to the first two photos and is not as saturated as the third photo. The fabric background is mostly a pastel pink, yellow, and blue coloration with hints of purple, but sometimes has the rest of the rainbow colors too. The tropical fish on top are in all 6 of the main rainbow colors in a slightly brighter pastel tone.

    The actual fabric appears closest to the first two photos and is not as teal green or as muddy as the last photo shows. There are areas of lime green, cold and warm purple and medium and dark turquoise blue with gray color where the areas meld together. The Aboriginal snake design on top is in the same/lighter color scheme.

    NOTE: This fabric has white streaks throughout it about every 1/2-yard. Some of it lightens when water is used to remove these areas, but it doesn’t disappear entirely. This may be a detergent that was used during the batik making process. Please be away that this is will likely be present on fabric that is purchased. See lighter/white streak that runs through the middle of the first two photos.
