This fabric appears darker in the rich brown colors than it appears in the manufacturers photo. The background is lighter and whiter in person too.

There are variations in batik colors because they are hand-dyed. The actual fabric may look slightly different and fabrics are usually lighter in person than what it appears on any computer screen.
