The actual fabric looks like the first two photos and is not as saturated as the last photo shows. The fabric is light and soft, like clouds. The background is not a true white but a soft white with many area of a dusty indigo denim and soft gray color as well as a light spearmint color. There are some darker areas that are mostly a denim blue color but also a few white highlights. The dots are an interesting mix of a spearmint blue, indigo denim gray. Some areas of this fabric have a very light purple undertone. The spearmint color is also very light and does not come through in the first two photos as much as it does in person.

The actual fabric is a little bit more cream colored in the back ground than what shows on my screen. The dots have different colors of gray as well as some green-tan colors in them. The undertone of the fabric is green appears to contain very little blue. It also matches the Sticks N Stones collection fairly well in addition to the green side of Silverado Canyon. The third photo shows the light rusty-red color that appears within the light cream background and throughout the entire bolt of fabric – this color is not a manufacturers defect and is supposed to be there.

This fabric is mostly a soft, light gray with small hints of a warm color of light peach that is very light – it does not show much within this fabric.
This is a lighter version of Hoffman 1895-270 Hippo.

This fabric is mostly a soft, light gray with small hints of a warm color of light peach that is very light – it does not show much within this fabric.

The peachy-pink color in the fabric has a little bit of a punch to it and can be strong in some areas. The gray color in the background has a blue tint to it that varies from a bluer color to a grayer color throughout the fabric where it melds with the flesh-toned color.

UPDATE: The current bolt of fabric appears closest to the first two photos and is light with gray-green with hints of tan-cream watercolor. They white baclground has very very light gray-green undertone. They parts of this fabric that appear white in the background are really more of a light gray-green color. The fifth photo is a comparison of two different previous Seamist dye lots with the oldest fabric on the left and the next newest fabric on the right. The current dye lot (photos 1 & 2) is not as washed-out as previous dye lot (photos 3 & 4). There are some strong areas of darker gray-green throughout the fabric as well as hints of yellow-tan.
